Lots of practical examples and labs. Not putting pressure on attendees to complete tasks. This course can have 2 variations maybe if enough resources. I can see some topics and aspects could be challenging for people who never code. Excellent

Despite being just 3 days I came away with a good overall knowledge of python and what it can do. The labs were structured well and organised and Kevin was a great instructor as always explained things in an easy way to follow. Was great. Good timings with breaks and lunch and never felt long or tiring like others can do

I appreciate how quickly Kevin was able to write solutions and explanations of things on the fly. The training was good and it already contained a lot of useful tricks to optimise loading react components. Lazy loading will be useful on our web apps.

Excellent into to what GitHub is, what typescript is, how they interact and how to access code and how to read it.

Really great use of github to give examples and labs when needed rather than all at once, lovely and clear explanations and great follow on links for further exploration! Thanks again to Kevin, great as always :)

Enjoyed the mix of discussion, lecture style, and exercises. While a lot of the concepts weren't entirely new to me it was really good to have a coherent and complete view of it, solidifying the knowledge and understanding the reasons behind them better. Kevin did a great job at keeping us engaged throughout.

The exercises designed to practice the concepts explained

A nice mix of depth and breadth. There were enough deep dives to have interesting content for everyday TS users but enough of an overview to be generally useful.

Kevin was a brilliant instructor! He's super approachable and a fantastic teacher. I really liked how the teaching was broken up with regular tasks and that we had proper breaks, which weren't taken up with more teaching even though there was definitely more we could have covered. I think the firm breaks made the overall course much more effective than if Kevin had tried to cram everything in without stopping.

The instructor was brilliant and friendly, his approach to TDD felt more relevant to my day-to-day life than other explanations I'd seen before which I really appreciated. It's made TDD feel more practical and grounded for me. I appreciated that there was a range of activities including a chance to try things out myself. I also appreciated being put into small groups rather than pairs which made discussion easier. I also appreciate the further reading recommendations and lots of resources to refer back to. I appreciated that the session was engaging and interactive without it feeling forced, with regular breaks.

Good mix of interactivity but also not too forced. Also liked that there were lots of alternative language examples available for the excercises. Delivery was good. Really liked the use of miro to deliver notes and combine interactivity, certainly more engaging than flat powerpoint slides. The task with the breakout rooms worked well too I felt.

I feel like nevermind the content, what I personally take away from a course can pass or fail depending on the instructors delivery and Kevin is just great. He's very engaging, clearly passionate about teaching and made it very fun. All good

Lots of opportunities to ask questions, great tutor with a very good understanding of the subject and a clear systematic way to explain all the concepts.

Kevin was a fantastic teacher. It's often hard for me to concentrate for long periods of time but Kevin was great at keeping the lessons engaging and interesting even for harder TS concepts. I also like that it taught us so much about TS is just three days. It will definitely take some time and practice to implement TS with little difficulty in my work, but this course boosted my confidence in using TS :)

The content is excellent, really well put together and the exercises are super helpful alongside Kevin's notes. Kevin himself is fantastic at delivering the course and explaining concepts in various ways, and answering questions in depth in order to help us understand.
